Very poor after sales customer service. Contacted seller due to a problem. Mannmadedesigns immediately cancelled the transaction, violating etsy policy and would not reply to my emails. With no alternative to resolve I contacted Etsy support and filed a claim with PayPal. Etsy reinstated the listing enabling me to leave this feedback. Happy to resolve problems with sellers who communicate – why didn’t you?
